Who We Are

We started out in the extreme sports industry. Our insurance company required mandatory liability waivers for every client who entered our facility.

We then experienced first-hand all of the complications, dilemmas and errors being made by current liability waiver companies and by the clients as well.

We began with accepting hand written waivers that required an employee to witness the actual signing of the waiver form and to get a copy of the client’s driver’s license or ID. Those handwritten waivers then had to be entered into the company’s database. There were multiple errors as trying to decipher sloppy handwritten waivers was very difficult and not very efficient whatsoever, this was very time consuming.

We then switched to an online liability waiver software company. This allowed clients to fill out waivers online before they entered our facility. That system seemed to be faster for client check-in but the customer data was still not as valid as it could be or should be. There was no way to verify the client information given, other than the required email verification. Many clients would enter inaccurate information therefore compromising the validity of that legal document!

We then evaluated the current systems and said, “Wait, WE CAN DO BETTER!”

We knew we could make a superior product so we did.
